The Collum Group LLC., D/B/A TexasWildlifeGuy.com  ("TWLG OR "WE") is the developer and owner of this website application ("site") and affiliated links ("digital mediums").  These Terms of Use, as modified or amended from time to time ("terms") are a binding contract between TexasWildlifeGuy.com and you ("YOU" OR "USER"). Before using the TexasWildlifeGuy.com developed digital mediums (app, landing page, social media outlets, or any video, audio, applications, features or functionality available on or through the site), please read these terms carefully.  By using and/or downloading any TexasWildlifeGuy.com developed app or digital mediums, you agree to be bound by these terms, including the privacy policy, and you agree to follow the guidelines and policies that TexasWildlifeGuy.com may post in any format or provide to you from time to time.

If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use the website or app, in which case you should immediately uninstall and not use the app/website. USER FEEDBACK/SUBMISSIONS AND DIGITAL MEDIA USAGE

It is our intention to provide a system where we can hear directly from the Users in order to respond to any concerns and improve the User experience with the App or other digital mediums.  If practical, we will try to expand and update the App based on listening to the needs of our Users.  We may reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort, risk the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical. Should any User respond to TexasWildlifeGuy.com with information including feedback data, such as questions, comments, suggestions, or the like regarding the site, such information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and TexasWildlifeGuy.com shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such information.  In addition, TexasWildlifeGuy.com shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, display, exhibit, transmit, perform, create derivative works, and distribute the information to others without limitation, and to authorize others to do the same.  Further, TexasWildlifeGuy.com shall be free to use any information contained in such information for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, improving the App, developing, manufacturing and marketing services/products and other items incorporating such information.  This paragraph is not intended to apply to any personal information about you, the use of which will be governed by the TexasWildlifeGuy.com Privacy Policies.  

In consideration of TexasWildlifeGuy.com's continuing efforts to enhance and improve the User experience of this App and to respond to feedback from users, you agree to transfer such ideas, concepts, know-how and techniques to TexasWildlifeGuy.com without compensation. You agree that TexasWildlifeGuy.com hereby owns any information provided by Users via submissions, forum posts, feedback, and other forms of communications sent in any format and has the unlimited right to use such ideas, concepts, know-how and techniques.   You are solely responsible for the content of any comments or submissions you make. You agree that no comments submitted by you in the App or affiliated links will: (i) violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights; (ii) be or contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive, or obscene material or constitute the misappropriation of the trade secrets of any third party; and (iii) disparage the products or services of any third party.  TexasWildlifeGuy.com reserves the right to suspend or remove any User Account that does not comply with the TERMS OF USE or any other Policy Statements pertaining to the App or its digital mediums.
