Gregg Collum (also known as) TexasWildlifeGuy.com has been serving Texas landowner's since 2005 and is known for having a strong "Property Rights Advocate" mindset.
He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force and is a Life Member of the DAV (Disabled American Veterans) organization.
Gregg's academic credentials (Criminal Justice) allowed him to deal with another species of wildlife. Gregg has been mentored by top wildlife biologists in Texas. With that training and his expertise, he has never had a wildlife plan rejected by any county appraisal district.
Gregg has successfully transitioned over 100,000 acres into wildlife management use. He is a real estate broker that specializes in rural land (among other real estate niches) and is extremely knowledgeable about the subtleties of agricultural valuations as they apply to rural land.
He has developed and teaches a course that specifically deals with wildlife management use and the nuances of agricultural valuations. This course is loaded with "risk managment" information for the real estate practitioner and contains information that will empower as well as protect the Texas landowner.
He has written numerous articles many of which have been published in Lands of Texas Magazine.
He provides prepurchase guidance (fee-based) for the Texas landowner looking to make the leap into land ownership.
